You will also visit a historic family winery where you will be guided through the stages of winemaking. The tour continues to an "acetaia", the place to discover the history and ancient tradition of an exceptional product: the famous "Oro Nero" of Modena. Here you will understand the patient process behind the production of the traditional balsamic vinegar and, at the end of the visit, you will be able to taste it in different aging stages.
