You are most welcome to witness the transcendental prayer of the dervishes and discover the spiritual face of Istanbul in a centuries-old genuine downtown exhibiting the cultural heritage of this unique city. Our modest garden is open to everybody who wishes to learn about the way of tolerance and unity. The gate opens at 6pm, and the ceremony starts at 6:30pm. The usual duration is about an hour. There will be instrumentals to start the Whirling Dervish ceremony with strings, drums, and flutes. Then the prayers start and they are followed by the whirling dervishes who show up in serenity. Our guests observe the exact traditional way of practice for a Sufi prayer.
