Saying the Wrong Thing — English Stand-up Comedy in Berlin
Wed, Nov 4, 2026
Welcome to stand-up comedy the way it should be! Berlin's most experienced English-speaking comedians take the stage and do whatever their twisted minds come up with. No filter, no safety net, just comedians chasing the biggest laughs. Saying the Wrong Thing is an English stand-up comedy show in Berlin built to give comedians exactly what they need: the freedom to speak their mind and go straight for the funniest thing they can think of. Every show is unique because these are professional comedians working on their stuff. This means that each set is usually different. We also vary the lineup to ensure each experience is it's own thing. So you can come weekly and still watch a different show! We believe stand-up comedy works best when authenticity meets creative freedom. This show aims to foster that vibe, and we'd love for you to come down and be part of it. We love this show, and after talking with people in the room at the end of the night, you seem to agree with us. Pay What You Want. Seat reservation required. Reserve your seat for just €2, and at the end of the show you decide what it was worth (suggested contribution: €10-

Metaxy
Fri, Nov 6, 2026
Metaxy is a new immersive dance performance loosely inspired by Nietzsche’s The Birth of Tragedy, set to music selected and mixed live by Berghain resident DJ Norman Nodge. It follows a central figure caught between two opposing forces: the Apollonian world of order, discipline and ambition, and the Dionysian world of emotion, desire and freedom. Through contemporary dance, electronic music, light and special effects, these forces collide, unravel and ultimately search for a state of balance. Alongside the performance, Metaxy will also feature an immersive exhibition, extending the world of the piece beyond the choreography and inviting audiences to experience the space before and after the performance. Doors Open Fridays & Saturdays: 20:00 Sundays: 18:00 Concept, Choreography & Artistic Direction: Renato De Leon/Leonis Works Music: Norman Nodge Performers: Renato De Leon, Dan Ozeri, Caterina Politi & Jade Albrieux Video Projections: Dan Tombs (2MS) Lighting Design: Marco Di Nardo Dramaturgical Assistance: Irakli Khishtovani Operations & Logistics: Mark Polin Location: Atelier Gardens Oberlandstraße 26–35 12099 Berlin-Tempelhof Germany

Hard Rock Cafe Berlin – Skip the Line
In this listed Bauhaus building in the Kurfürstendamm, you will find the best American fare in town and an unbeatable collection of rock memorabilia. Chief among them is possibly one of the most iconic stage props of all time: a Trabant car used by U2 during their Zoo TV tour in the early Nineties . Like all great revolutions, the Hard Rock Cafe wasn’t meant to succeed. It was 1971 and as the Swinging Sixties had given way to the Super Seventies, fashions and tastes were changing. Two hungry young Americans were in London and couldn’t find a decent place to eat a decent burger… so they opened up a joint in the English capital. Their landlord didn’t think it would last and only gave them a six-month lease. Four decades later, there are almost 200 Hard Rock Cafes in more than 50 countries worldwide. The first T-shirt hit the streets in ‘74 and the first piece of memorabilia came, fittingly, by chance in ‘79 when Eric Clapton asked to hang his Lead II Fender guitar over his favourite bar stool and thus marked it as his spot. Today, the rock 'n' roll collection has more than 74, 000 pieces and is the largest of its kind. By 1982, the Hard Rock Cafe had gone global and the rest, as they say, is history (that’s still being written).
