The Fallen Angels Club: Blue Rose Code + Willem McKie & Marina Rolink
Wed, Nov 4, 2026
14+ (under 16s with an adult) Unreserved Seating/Standing Following headline performances in ‘24 at Cambridge Folk Festival and Gate To Southwell with his nine-piece Caley Soul band as well as a sold out bravura show for Celtic Connections at Glasgow’s 1, 400 cap Pavillion Theatre, Wilson has spent the last few months reconnecting with his roots in live club performance. The direction of travel seems to be closer to the broad Scots Folk/Singer Songwriter style that brought him to work with the likes of Karine Polwart, Beth Nielsen Chapman, Ewan McGregor, to write for Steve Knightley, and open for heavyweights like Van Morrison, Deacon Blue and the Proclaimers. In any combination; solo, duo, quartet, Big Caley Soul Band, Blue Rose Code simply has to be seen live. “Ravishingly beautiful, a burnished blaze of Caledonian Soul, muted jazz and poetic recitation” – UNCUT ***** “Jubilant, prayerful, compassionate, Caledonian soul maestro Ross Wilson’s latest iteration of his Blue Rose Code band sees his songs bursting with heart” – The Scotsman Why do we have a restoration Levy? Put very simply, our restoration levy is an additional charge added to your ticket price which is directly invested back into the venue. This money is used for critical maintenance, repairs, and preservation efforts to ensure the long-term sustainability of the building. As the 3rd oldest church building in Glasgow, dating back to 1836, Saint Luke's requires ongoing care and special restoration to maintain its historic character and facilities. This levy will enable us to fund essential projects that will safeguard the venue's future as a vibrant hub for live music and community events. If you would like to be kept up to date on progress with how we are using this fund then please follow us on social media @stlukesglasgow, and sign up to our mailing list where we will send out quarterly updates on the improvements that your donations are helping us make.

A Play, A Pie and A Pint Zamboni Written by Lex Joyce Directed by Anna Whealing Doors: 12pm (12:30pm Monday) Show Starts: 1pm Unreserved Seating Co-presented with Assembly Theatre. A funny and heartfelt drama following three ice skating instructors in the aftermath of a freak accident. Skating instructors Donal, Noa and Gus would rather be at their local ice rink than anywhere else in the world. Joking, gossiping and watching over the ice below. But when they witness a horrific accident on shift, their safe haven is shattered, and their greatest passion becomes the very thing they’re afraid of. Explore Isle of Arran - Full-Day Small Group Tour
Experience the Isle of Arran – Scotland in miniature. A captivating blend of lush green and serene blue, inviting you to embark on an adventure. Who doesn't love saying that they're heading to an island for the day? Now it's your turn. Leave the bustling city of Glasgow behind for the day and head with us to Scotland in Miniature. The Isle of Arran has everything that makes Scotland lovable. You depart Glasgow and head for the coastal town of Ardrossan where you jump on the ferry. This is a beautiful crossing, so get your cameras out, and see if you can spot jellyfish and dolphins along the way. The ferry touches down in Brodick, Arran's biggest collection of shops and restaurants. It's a wee place, just like the whole island, but that's what we love about Arran. A short drive down the road takes you to the gates of Brodick Castle , the ancient seat of the Dukes of Hamilton. The castle's interior could not be further from the surrounding gardens. Inside you'll find rich Victorian decorations, dark wood, intricately decorated furniture, everything so dramatic and powerful. Make sure you have a chat with the staff inside, they're full of stories about those who once lived there. For much of its life, the castle has been owned by the Hamilton family and some even say that, to this day, it is haunted by the 'Grey Lady', a woman who starved to death in the dungeons of the castle. Not so cheerful. But then you step outside and explore both the formal garden and the beautiful woodland trails that hug you from all sides. After a bite to eat, you hop back on the bus and are whisked away to explore more of this beautiful island. But where will you stop? Perhaps you'll pop in at Lochranza, a quaint village that is home to a ruined castle. Or maybe you'll swing via Blackwaterfoot, grab a pastry from the local bakery, and have a wee wander along the beach. By the time you jump back on the ferry at Brodick later that afternoon, you'll feel as though you know Arran a little bit better and you'll certainly understand why so many love it fiercely. Maybe you'll look back at the photos from the day, or perhaps you'll snack on the cheese and chocolate you sourced from town, as you make your way back to Glasgow.
